David Tominsky

Partner

Ideation and Validation

Tominsky brings over 15 years' experience in talent acquisition, founding a technical recruiting company before leading the Iowa Startup Accelerator. Most recently, he was Chief Relationship Officer at NewBoCo, where he led their technical and creative services team building startup products and prototypes.

Krista Martin

Partner

Creation and Growth

Martin has operated and advised many startups as a product management and growth executive. Before starting her own consulting business, Krista was the second employee at Boardable and helped grow the business from launch to $5M in revenue as the Vice President of Product and Growth.

Eric Engelmann

Partner

Spinout and Exit

Engelmann has extensive experience launching companies within the healthcare software, non-profit, and investment spaces. His founding organizations include Geonetric, NewBoCo, the Iowa Startup Accelerator, and ISA Ventures.

Jess Greiner

VP of Marketing

Greiner has held growth leadership roles across marketing, sales, and talent at LightEdge Solutions and OpenLoop Health, one of the Midwest’s fastest-growing virtual care startups.

Sarah Wallace

Process Leader

Wallace previously worked for Google, Ask.com, and Midwest startup, Boardable, where she gained deep expertise in tackling complex operational challenges tech software companies face.
