All roles:
Open to remote work, but must be able to get to our HQ in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on a regular basis

About the position
Novy is a startup company that builds other startup companies. The COO role is about making our processes and systems work reliably and perfectly every time - and integrating all aspects of our business. If you’re familiar with the Entrepreneurial Operating System, this is explicitly the Integrator role.
Your main objective is to oversee the operations of the business in all respects, executing the business plan (and adjusting it with us as we learn).
You’re responsible for financial outcomes: executing against Novy’s budget, and the overall P&L.
You’re developing the operating cadence for the entire team, ensuring the right balance of intensity, retrospection, and camaraderie necessary.
Ideally you have significant experience with EOS, agile methodologies, or both.
