We are rapidly scaling and looking for proven industry leaders to join our community of Co-Founders, CEOs, and CXOs across the U.S. for Novy portfolio companies.

Ideal Candidates:

• Healthcare or Software / SaaS experience

• B2B and/or D2C knowledge

• Experience in rapidly growing startups

• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically

• Excellent communicator, mentor, and motivator

• Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive for excellence

• Passion for continuous learning and thought leadership

• Ambassador of company culture, mission, and vision

• Well-networked with a vast pool of connections
