All roles:
Open to remote work, but must be able to get to our HQ in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on a regular basis
Have competitive compensation, including benefits and potentially equity in Novy and/or portfolio companies
About the position
As our talent leader you will be fully immersed in the new company creation process. You will work closely with Novy Partners, entrepreneurs, and future founders.
This role is primarily focused on recruiting: building a talent pipeline for both Novy and for our portfolio companies.
You’ll also oversee the hiring process end-to-end, including filtering, interviewing, negotiation, and selection of new team members.
Working with the Novy leadership team to discern exactly which roles Novy needs, and when - and doing the same with our portfolio companies.
