All roles:
Open to remote work, but must be able to get to our HQ in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on a regular basis

About the position
Vice President, Marketing
Novy intends to build an incredibly strong brand designed to be appealing to the most talented startup operators and founders in the Midwest. No pressure, but that’s the job: design that, and help us tell the world about it.
Our VP Marketing’s primary responsibility is the intentional creation and communication of the Novy brand.
This includes designing and deploying marketing campaigns to all of our stakeholders: investors, founders, wicked-smart operators, and collaborators.
You’ll be measuring the impact of those campaigns and adjusting them as you learn.
You’ll be working closely with our Marketing Coordinator to execute these campaigns.
